Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a cost to be listed?
Basic listings are free. Most BC wineries are already in the app, sourced from Google Places — but that data can be incomplete or outdated, and you can't control it directly. Our Partner program lets you verify and manage your own listing: update hours, description, photos, and amenities, and earn a Partner Verified badge. Our Premium Partner program includes all of the Partner benefits and adds featured placement at the top of search results, lets you post and manage up to 10 winery events and do much more.
What information do you display?
Each winery listing includes: name, description, photos, operating hours, contact info (phone, website), wine types, amenities, and sub-region. Basic listings are sourced from Google Places and may not be fully accurate — Partner listings are verified and controlled directly by the winery.
How do I update my listing?
Join the Partner programs to manage your listing yourself — update hours, photos, and details any time without waiting on us.
Can I promote an event through the app?
Premium Partners can post and manage up to 10 winery events directly in the app, with promotion to users in your region. If you're not a partner yet, get in touch and we can discuss options.
Can I remove my winery from the app?
Yes. Contact us and we will remove your listing promptly — no questions asked.
