Photo Guidelines
High-quality photos make your listing stand out. Here's what works best in the app.
Technical Specifications
Exterior / Entrance
Your main building, entrance sign, or a wide shot that shows the property. This is often the first image visitors see.
Tasting Room
Interior shot of your tasting bar, seating area, or the space where guests experience your wines.
Vineyard Views
Rows of vines, scenic views of your property, or shots that capture the terroir and landscape.
Signature Features
Unique elements like a patio, restaurant, barrel room, event space, or architectural details that set you apart.
Tips for Great Photos
- Shoot in landscape orientation (horizontal)
- Natural lighting works best — golden hour (early morning or late afternoon) is ideal
- Avoid heavy filters or watermarks
- Include people sparingly — focus on the space and wines
- Professional photos are great, but high-quality smartphone photos work too

Your official business name as you'd like it displayed.
Description*
2–4 sentences about your winery: history, winemaking philosophy, what makes you unique. Keep it engaging and informative.
Address*
Full street address including postal code.
Phone*
Primary contact number for visitors.
Contact email for inquiries.
Website*
Your winery's website URL.
Operating Hours*
Hours for each day of the week. Include seasonal variations if applicable (e.g., extended summer hours).
Wine Types*
Types of wine you produce: Red, White, Rosé, Sparkling, Icewine, Dessert, Orange.
Sub-Region*
Your area within the Okanagan (e.g., West Kelowna, Naramata Bench, Oliver, Summerland).
Year Established
The year your winery was founded.
Featured Wines
Up to 5 signature wines you'd like to highlight (e.g., Reserve Pinot Noir, Estate Chardonnay).
Amenities
Let us know which amenities apply to your winery. These help visitors filter and find wineries that match their preferences.
